Boycott Divorce Corp.!
Allred, Gothard and Dr. Drew Duped?
"I have not yet seen the film, but I do think that the clip that they used of me in the trailer is out of context and is misleading as to what I believe."
Gloria Allred
Gloria Allred stated she not know Divorce Corp. was going to be promoting Equal Parenting. She also did not know that they were going to be saying that false allegations of abuse are a big problem, both of which are Fathers' Rights' main positions. She likely did not know that Glenn Sacks was going to be in it.
It has not been confirmed yet, but it appears that Judge Sol Gothard and Dr. Drew also did not know about these things when agreeing to be in the film, as they are also child advocates.
Dr. Drew has stated on his show that 100% of the adults treated in his recovery program have been abused as children. He knows how prevalent and how serious abuse is and that we have a problem of not recognizing or preventing it. Dr. Drew would never knowingly be part of a movie or movement that asserts false allegations of abuse, mostly by moms, are common.
Judge Gothard is staunchly opposed to to the myth that allegations are commonly false. He has spoken at seminars and conferences for the purpose of clarifying that the vast majority of reports of abuse are true and that mothers are too often wrongly accused of "alienation" when trying to protect their children.
It appears that these three were targeted to give the false impression that their film is gender neutral, child friendly film.
